Post-doctoral and Research assistant positions – Rouen Business School, France
The research group Contemporary P@thways of Career, Life and Learning is offering a post-doctoral position and a research assistant position beginning Sept 1, 2011. We are looking for candidates conducting research in the fields of work-family/work-life balance, diversity, leadership, careers, life-long learning and web 2.0/online social networks.
These are 24 months positions. We value flexibility, which means you can live in Rouen or Paris provided that you are on campus in Rouen 2 days a week.
Applicants to the research assistant position must be doctoral candidates. Typical tasks for the research assistant include literature reviews, statistical analyses, interviews, manuscripts editing, and assistance with conference organizing and grant proposals. We also welcome ideas for new collaborations. Compensation is 15000 euros/year for 3 days a week.
The post-doctoral fellow will work with us on our existing research projects and new collaborations. Compensation for post-doctoral fellows varies according to profile and additional paid teaching is possible in the fields of OB, Management, HR, IHRM and Strategy/Entrepreneurship.
