The Krannert School of Management (http://www.krannert.purdue.edu/) at Purdue University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources to begin August 2016.
Qualifications include:
· Applicants must have a Ph.D. completed or near completion in Organizational Behavior (OB), Organization Theory (OT), Human Resource Management (HR), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
· Ability to work in a collegial atmosphere as part of a team
· Strong evidence of research productivity and teaching excellence in OB, HR, or OT
We will begin reviewing applications August 1, 2015 and will continue until the position is filled. Applications should include a letter of application addressing why you are interested in the Krannert School of Management, Curriculum Vitae, statement of research interests and direction, statement of teaching interests and philosophy (please list courses you have taught or would prefer to teach), evidence of research activity (1-2 writing samples or reference to research available online) and teaching performance (include teaching evaluations if available), and three letters of reference.
