Hi members of GDO,
I am currently working with Dr. Lisa Walker in collecting primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis which will examine sex differences in leadership effectiveness (and moderators of those differences).
If you are aware of any unpublished works (conducted between 1990 and 2010) which examine sex/ gender and any form of leadership effectiveness, please email them to me (if not already included in the manuscript, please include the means and standard deviations for the men and women in your sample). These unpublished works can include theses, dissertations, or any other form of an unpublished manuscript.
We are interested in any kinds and levels of leadership (educational, medical, religious, students, coaches, principals, corporate, etc) and any kind of leadership effectiveness (objective or subjective-satisfaction with leader, group effectiveness, leader performance, managerial effectiveness, organizational productivity, self-ratings or ratings by supervisors, peers, subordinates, or judges etc). Additionally, we are interested in studies conducted in any country or region of the world. Please email them to spaustia@uncc.edu. If your work meets our inclusion criteria, it will be included or cited in our eventual paper.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Sam
