We are looking for unpublished papers that have examined various relationships between male and female leaders from the followers perpective. Our proposal has been approved for the Journal of Business and Psychology's special issue looking at Nothing, Zilch, Nil: Advancing Organizational Science One Null Result at a Time.
If you have found little to no differences between attitudes towards or perceptions of male and female leaders, we would like to potentially utilize your work in a paper examing the pragmatic shift in perceptions of leaders.
