INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN SURVEY ON STRATEGY EXECUTION
We are seeking participants for a study of leadership and its role in successful execution of organizational strategy. This ground breaking global (Asia, Americas, Europe, Middle East) survey will provide new insight into the disconnect between what leaders view as critical to organizational performance and what they actually practice as well as the specific leadership success factors for effective strategy execution. The survey is part of an Australian Research Council (ARC) grant awarded to The University of Queensland, Monash University and the Palladium Group (founded by Dr Robert Kaplan & Dr David Norton). The research findings will be available in November 2011, with the added bonus of allowing organizations to benchmark their leadership performance against industry and geographical norms. Participants in the survey will be the first to read the results.
We are writing to invite all individuals placed to comment on the strategy execution practices of their employer to participate in the survey.
The survey takes between 15 to 20 minutes to complete and will be accessible until August 15th, 2011.
In appreciation for your time spent on this survey, we would like to provide you with:
- A copy of the pre-published survey results, due in November 2011
- A complimentary copy of the 2009 and 2010 Palladium Group-Monash University Strategy Execution Survey results
- The Palladium Group Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy 2011 Report, courtesy of Harvard Business Publishing
- Access to membership in the Palladium Group Execution Premium global community
