Dear diversity and especially disability scholars,
I am a second year Ph.D student at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. There, I am working at the Center for Disability and Integration.
Currently I am working on a paper about methodological challenges for quantitative research about the workplace integration of people with disabilities. An early version of the paper will be presented at the Academy of Management conference this year. I identified the challenges based on interviews with colleagues who are working in the same area. However, I would like to enhance/improve my results. Therefore, I am asking you as experts in the field for advise.
What are research challenges that you face for quantitative management research concerning the topic of disability?
