The Human Resources Management/Organizational Behaviour Department (http://hrmob.ryerson.ca/) at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, in Toronto invites applications for a full-time, one-year limited term appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. The position, subject to final budgetary approval, will commence July 1, 2015.
The position will only have teaching and service obligations. Applicants will possess, or be near completion of (with a defense date set), a PhD in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory, or a closely related field. The successful candidate will have the ability to contribute to our AACSB-accredited undergraduate (BComm) program. We are particularly interested in candidates qualified to teach Organizational Theory. Candidates should demonstrate evidence of high-quality teaching and a capacity for collaboration and collegial service.
