The University of Rhode Island's College of Business Administration seeks applicants for two (2) separate full-time tenure track appointments in Strategy and in Organizational Behavior. These appointments are at the level of Assistant Professor and begin in the Fall of 2016. The successful applicant will be either ABD (with completion by August 2016) or have an earned doctorate in Business Administration from an AACSB accredited program, or a doctorate in a related field with similar accreditation
Strategy: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in one or more of the following areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Business and Society. Additional expertise in at least one of the following areas is preferred: Small Business, Social Entrepreneurship and/or Innovation.
Organizational Behavior: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses principally I the area of Organizational Behavior. Additional expertise in at least one of the following areas is preferred: Human Resources, diversity, creativity, decision-making and negotiations, and/or leadership

Applicants are expected to engage in research in one of these areas in which she/he teaches that will lead to publications in targeted refereed journals and actively participate in university, professional, and community service and outreach activates.
