Dear Colleagues
It is my pleasure to bring to you our 2nd Journal of Business and Psychology virtual issue on "Data and Methods in Organizational Science – 2nd Edition ". Namely, this fully open-access issue of JBP brings forward all of our major methodological pieces published in the last four years. This work not only offers "how to" types of guides, but represents the current state of our science. They are excellent resources written by premier scholars for navigating these methodologies/ techniques as a researcher and a consumer. Key topics include best practices in mediation, moderation, longitudinal research, SEM, Meta-analyis, historiography, and validating higher order constructs. This is all open access for 2 months. These are great tools for scholars and students alike.

News
We received some excellent news about our impact factor. Our 2 year impact factor increased by quite a bit and is now 2.075. Then, our five year is now 3.015. I personally believe the 5 year impact factor is a substantially more useful and important indicator than the 2 year impact factor - much less noise. For the first time in the journal's over 25 year history, we are now Q1 in the Applied Psychology journal listings and the Business journal listings.
