    Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the publication of volume 33 of Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management. As one of the longest-running scholarly series in management, Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management has published chapters on topics at cutting edge of research by outstanding scholars in the field HRM for 35 years. The series has rightfully earned its reputation as one of the most respected publications in human resources management. We take great pride in this 33rd volume and continue the scholarly pursuit started by Gerald R. Ferris and Kendrith M. Rowland.  Volume 33 continues that commitment to quality and consists of the following papers:

Employee Maintenance: Examining Employment Relationships from the Perspective of Managerial Leaders - by Bennett J. Tepper and Lauren S. Simon

On the Turning Away: An Exploration of the Employee Resignation Process - by Anthony C. Klotz and Ryan D.  Zimmerman

Managing Workplace Ethics: An Extended Conceptualization of Ethical Sensemaking and the Facilitative Role of Human Resources - by Alexandra E. MacDougall, Zhanna Bagdasarov, James F. Johnson and Michael D. Mumford

Diversity Climate in Organizations: Current Wisdom and Domains of Uncertainty - by Patrick F. McKay and Derek R. Avery

Safety at Work: Individual and Organizational Factors in Workplace Accidents and Mistreatment – by Stephanie A. Andel, Derek M. Hutchinson and Paul E. Spector

How do we know when we are treated fairly? Justice rules and fairness judgments – by Russell Cropanzano, Marion Fortin and Jessica F. Kirk

These papers represent seminal scholarly advances and illustrate the interdisciplinary character of human resources management. We believe you will find great intellectual value in the chapters of volume 33. We thank and congratulate all the authors for their high quality scholarly contributions.
