This is a call for authors and potential authors for a proposed diversity
case text. We are interested in working with you to develop publishable
decision based diversity management cases that utilize primary and
secondary research techniques and profile diversity related decisions in
real organizations. The case book would focus on the complexity of
managing diversity and of implementing successful and unsuccessful
diversity initiatives. All cases will be blind reviewed and are subject
to an ongoing revision process. When finished, all cases will need to be
high quality with accompanying instructor’s notes that link to
Organizational Behavior and Human Resources topics and theories. At this
point, you only need a viable idea for a case, not a finished product. If
you are interested, in exploring this publication opportunity, please send
an email naming the organization that you are proposing to write about and
a brief paragraph about the diversity issues at that organization to
    charvey@assumption.edu .
