Dear Colleagues,
I am preparing a workshop on how to conduct "cross-culturally sensitive and bias free job interviews" for the purpose of corporate training. The audience are corporate recruiter and hiring managers in Canada who are interested in learning about how their interview practices may overlook immigrants' talents.
I am currently looking for relevant videos, audio files, experiential and/or group exercises, relevant journal articles and book chapters. Any lead would be greatly appreciated.
I will happily compile the responses and share with group.
