Hi,
Can anyone point me to a validated scale of (perception of) gender equity in organizations? I have found scales used in public health, general social attitudes, and research on gender attitudes within couples, but I am specifically looking for something that would measure things such as women's likelihood of being promoted, women's and men's relative influence within organizations, experiences of sexism, prevalence of stereotypes, perceptions that gender is not a barrier to success within the organization, etc.
