    Dear GDO Colleagues:

I am making tihs request on behalf of the Program Chair for the Careers Division, Peter Heslin.  Peter, it seems, is a victim of his own success, in that he is in the remarkable situation of having more submissions for the conference than reviewers!  Over the years I have discovered that the members of the Gender and Diversity in Organizations Division to be very generous with their time and expertise, so I am asking if anyone would be willing to sign up to review for the Careers Division as well as for GDO.  I know that there is a lot of overlap in interests and membership, so if anyone would be willing, I'm sure that Peter would be very grateful.

Here are the instructions for signing up:

To do so, please go to http://review.aomonline.org/aom.asp and click "sign up now." As a reviewer you will receive no more than three submissions to the Careers Division. Submissions will be available for review by January 18th and due by February 8th.

Make sure that you choose the Careers Division (and I hope that you have already chosen GDO).  Thanks for any help that you can provide!  --  Gayle

    Colleagues
Thanks to Gayle Baugh for being a good friend in sharing Peter
Heslin's need for assistance. I do hope that the generosity of GDO
members is beneficial to the Careers Division. But as the Program
Chair for GDO, I ask that you please, please, please be sure to review
for GDO. We also need your assistance in reviewing to ensure that we
have the best program possible in 2012.
    Saying thank you in advance!!
    Stacy
