    The School of Human Resource Management invites applications from qualified candidates for two (2) Sessional Assistant Professor positions (one one-year position and one two-year position) in Human Resource Management.  Applicants must have a PhD in Human Resource Management or a related area, and an active research program. Preference will be given to those with a specialization in Industrial Relations and/or Labour and Employment Law. The successful applicant will be expected to teach a range of undergraduate courses. Preference will be given to those with evidence of successful university teaching.

    These positions carry a teaching load of three full courses or the equivalent. The start date is July 1, 2012. All York University positions are subject to budgetary approval.

    The deadline for applications is March 23, 2012    . Applicants should submit a letter of application outlining their professional experience and research interests, an up-to-date curriculum vitae, and a teaching dossier, and arrange for three confidential letters of recommendation to be sent to Professor Parbudyal Singh, Director, School of Human Resource Management, 123 Atkinson College, York University, 4700 Keele St., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M3J 1P3
