I am writing to urge you to submit a paper or symposium proposal to the first AOM Global Conference to be held in Johannesburg South Africa at our graduate business school (GIBS). Submissions are due on May 15, 2012. There is a track devoted to change, transformation and diversity and I believe there is great research many of you are working on that would be great to have on the program and to engage with others from around the world and Africa.
I attach the call for submissions. Please visit the website. There are pictures of beautiful South Africa. This promises to be a total immersion experience where you will learn about the country and its particular challenges as well as engage intellectually on issues relevant to Africa as well as globally. January is our summer here and the weather will be great. If you have ever thought about coming to Africa, then this is ideal for you to combine the conference and perhaps stay afterwards to enjoy a few days.
