    Dear all,

    I am looking for references studying how people ascribe their
    stereotypes about minorities to an entire organization.


    I am looking for papers studying how the positive or negative
    attributes that people ascribe to minorities are transferred to their
    evaluation of the organization.

    Any thoughts?
