    Hello,

    Does anyone have any assessments(awareness of bias, prejudice) and short group trainings/exercises they are willing to share that would be useful for small business sensitivity training in the US?

    Hi Maria  One exercise I love is to divide folks into identity groups and ask them to identify questions they always wanted to ask others -- questions for curiosity.  And statements that they want others to better understand about them  The lists become fodder for conversations!
