    Facts about JMP:

    JMP publishes articles on Industrial and Organizational Psychology,
    Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Applied Social
    Psychology, and Research Methods. It has a unique focus on social issues
    in organizations, and most of the special issues emphasize this topic.

    JMP's impact factor is 2.15, and it is ranked as a top 21% journal in
    Applied and Social Psychology (see Thomson Reuters' SSI, 2010).

    The acceptance rate is 11%, and the average turnaround time is now 53 days
    (range = 7 to 90 days). JMP is an international journal that receives
    about 450-500 manuscripts per year.

    We have a new Call for Papers for a special issue on Hispanics and Latin
    American Work Issues. We welcome conceptual and empirical manuscripts on
    that topic. The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2012.
