JMP is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on Industrial and Organizational
Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Applied Social
Psychology, and Social Issues in Organizations.
It has an SSCI impact factor of 2.15, and we accept 11% of the manuscripts
submitted. The average turnaround time is 54 days with a range of 7 to 90 days.
We have several special issues underway on the following topics: Job loss, age
diversity, workplace bullying, heavy investment in work, and ethnic power and
privilege. Most of these special issues will be published in 2013.
We would also like to encourage authors to submit their manuscripts for a
special issue on "Hispanic and Latin American Work Issues." Guest editors are
Donna Blancero and Miguel Olivas-Lujan. The deadline date is November 1, 2012.
