Dear fellow GDOers,
I am VERY excited to invite you to this year's plenary session. We are very fortunate to have four leading Chief Diversity Officers who have agreed to come to our conference to engage with us in a conversation about this year's conference theme – The Power of Words – as it relates to our shared passion for diversity and inclusion. Please mark this in your calendars. The topics on which we collaboratively decided to focus are very much in line with research that many of you are doing (and in fact submitted to this year's conference), and so I expect that the conversation will not only be lively but also very timely and relevant. Each one of these panelists cares about doing good, thoughtful work in and for their organizations, and I am sure that they would love to hear your perspectives about these topics too. We are planning on leaving time at the end for an open Q&A session, so please don't hesitate to come with any questions you might have for them.
We'll have plenty of space in the ballroom, so bring your colleagues and friends, and together let's talk about some of the D&I conversations that perhaps need to be reshaped.
Looking forward to seeing you in just a few days!
