This is a great conference for pretenure faculty women that is sponsored and run by the  Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence at Purdue University.   It is a very supportive environment to meet others (at any pretenure stage) and prepare for the tenure process environment with scholars from many universities. Many expenses such as meals are covered or heavily subsidized once you arrive. It is also a great networking event  to connect with other junior scholars.
