The Management and Marketing Department of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's School of Business seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior (subject to budgetary approval).  Primary responsibilities will include:

• Teaching courses in the areas of Organizational Behavior.  Other Management courses may be assigned depending upon qualifications.
• Conducting original academic research in accordance with AACSB expectations to be Academically Qualified (AQ).
• Engaging in service activities commensurate with rank at time of hire.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in business or related field, but ABDs nearing completion will be considered.  Preference will be given to candidates from AACSB-accredited institutions.  Expertise in Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology is ideal, with a secondary interest that complements the curricula of the School of Business.
