    Dear Sisters and Brothers:

    I am thrilled to let you know that my dear friend from our doctoral days, Stacy Blake-Beard, has been promoted to Full Professor at Simmons!

    And not to be left behind, Martin Davidson (UVA) has also been promoted to Full Professor!

    This is so exciting, I've known both Stacy and Martin most of my academic life. I don't need to tell you both are brilliant diversity scholars and longtime GDO contributors.

    You go, Stacy and Martin!!
