We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on board diversity and are looking for published and unpublished articles, papers, dissertations or work-in-progress on the antecedents and consequences of board diversity.
We are interested in studies investigating any type of diversity (not restricted to gender) and various team and organizational level outcomes. In addition, we are also looking for studies examining predictors of different types of diversity on corporate boards.
