We are seeking applicants for a one-year post-doctoral fellow position. Preferred start date is August 16, 2013; however, the start date is negotiable. It is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal if funding is available.
Required qualifications: A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Science or a closely related field.
Preferred qualifications: publications in top-tier journals; experience applying for and/or managing external funding (grants); expertise in multilevel modeling, change models (e.g., growth curve models), and intervention research. Due the nature of the planned projects for this position, interest in or experience with research in occupational health and work-family issues as they apply to interventions among teams and leaders will be particularly welcome.
