Colleagues,
I have a student who will be returning home to job in a country in the Arabian Gulf area. He has gotten very interested in diversity and would like to continue to expand his knowledge and the ability to apply what he learns to the organization he joins. My knowledge of diversity issues in that geographical area is quite limited. Could anyone recommend readings, contacts, or other sources of knowledge for me to pass on to him?
