Dear Colleagues:
I would like to make you aware of a new resource for your courses on diversity in organizations.
I have written an article that is part of the Oxford Press Online bibliographies that provides (hopefully) a comprehensive overview and introduction the subject of diversity. You may find it a useful reference for your studens as well as a doctoral students in terms of how the field has evolved and where it is currently. I will be updating it as well as new developments unfold.
