Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor Position

The Operations Management Group at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University invites applications for a full time Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor Position starting on or before August, 2014. A Ph.D. in supply chain and operations management or a related area is required. The successful candidate will teach supply chain and operations management at both undergraduate and master's levels. This position can potentially take a leadership role in the Master of Master of Science Degree program with a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management, MS (GSCM), and a crucial supporting role for the Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprises (DCMME) and the center for Global Supply Chain Management Initiative (GSCMI) by enhancing relationships with corporate partners and sponsors. The candidate will obtain a teaching load relief assessed based on effort spent on these additional roles. This is a non-tenure track position with full employment benefits. Salary and compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with candidate experience and achievements.
The Operations Management Group at the Krannert School of Management has been consistently ranked high by the U.S. News & World Report. In 2012, U.S. News & World Report ranked Undergraduate Production/Operations Management #2, Undergraduate Supply Chain Management/Logistics #8, MBA Production/Operations Management #7 and MBA Supply Chain Management/Logistics #10.
