    Dear All,

We were recently authorized to begin recruiting for a tenure track assistant professor position in HR/OB. As the attached position description indicates, while we will be considering a wide range of applicants, our preferred areas of candidate interests and expertise include: leadership, change management, and organizational development. Candidates with an interest in diversity-inclusion research will be considered so long as they are able to demonstrate the relevance of their research to one or more of these areas. Because the approved position is at the assistant professor level, we are also particularly interested in: 1) doctoral students who will be graduating this year; and 2) individuals who graduated in the past several years who, due to the job market, may have been “underplaced” and are now looking for a position with less teaching responsibilities and more time for research. If you of know anyone who fits the foregoing description, we would very much appreciate it if you could provide the person the attached position description, or provide us her/his name and email address and we will provide them a copy of the description.
    Very truly yours,
    Mark
