    Dear Colleagues,

Our research team from the University of Illinois at Chicago is conducting a meta-analysis that examines the relationship between gender representation in leadership and organizational-level performance.  We would greatly appreciate your assistance in locating unpublished quantitative studies that may be of relevance to this investigation. Any dissertations, conference papers, working papers, or forthcoming papers that include reported correlations between gender representation in leadership and organizational performance outcomes (both defined below) are welcome.
    • Possible measures of gender representation in leadership: CEO gender, proportion of females in the top management team (TMT), TMT gender heterogeneity, proportion of females on board of directors, board of directors gender heterogeneity, etc.
    • Possible organizational performance measures: return on assets (ROA), firm profitability, Tobin's Q, and any others.
If you have data that you are willing to share, we would be grateful.  We would prefer if you would send a description of the sample as well as the entire correlation matrix, as we are also interested in exploring potential moderator variables.

Please send this information to Eric Michel at emiche5@uic.edu. Thank you in advance for your help on our research.

    Warm regards,
