Dear Colleagues,
We are working on a meta-anaytic summary of the relationship between females in strategic leadership positions (boards of directors, top management teams, CEO or President position) and firm performance. As part of this project, we are looking for unpublished or forthcoming empirical manuscripts containing some effect size estimate (r, t, chi-square, z) involving:
• the presence, percentage, or event of appointment of females to the firm's board of directors, top management team, or CEO position,
AND
• some measure of firm performance, including ROA, ROE, Tobin's Q, shareholder return, stock price growth, abnormal returns (in event studies), innovation, or corporate social performance.
Such manuscripts may have been sent for review or presented at conferences. Either one, along with papers in their development stages (but containing such zero-order effect size estimates or tests) would be helpful. If you have such recent unpublished or forthcoming papers, we would greatly appreciate receiving a copy sent to sjeong@utexas.edu. In addition to our gratitude as colleagues, we would most certainly cite it in our summary work.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Seung-Hwan Jeong
