At the Reinhard Mohn Institute of Management and Corporate Governance, (University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany) we currently aim at composing a meta-analysis in the field of diversity.
Our main research question:
Do diversity initiatives or the diversification of top management teams affect organizations' employer attractiveness, internally among actual employers or externally among potential applicants?
We are especially interested in the relationship between diversity initiatives (e.g. minority-treatment policies, attitude trainings, equal employment approaches etc.), Top Management Team diversification (e.g. the proportion of women or racial minorities in boards, functional background differences etc.) and employer attractiveness (e.g. organizational commitment, decreased turnover-rates, job pursuit intentions, probability to apply for an interview, or the appearance on employer ranking lists etc.).
To include relevant studies, we have already conducted a lot of research. Yet we would like to ask you if you could possibly forward us your empirical work (especially if unpublished) that matches our research focus in order for our study to become more reliable and complete.
Of course we are happy to give you updates on our study as we proceed as well.
Please feel free to contact me via mail:

I would like to thank you in advance for your time and support.
Yours sincerely,
