Position Summary. The D'Amore-McKim School of Business invites applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Organizational Behavior in the Management and Organizational Development Group (MOD), with employment beginning 2015-16. Teaching responsibilities will be in organizational behavior and related areas.
The candidate selected will teach primarily Organizational Behavior in the undergraduate and MBA programs, and may also have opportunities to teach electives in secondary areas of interest (negotiations, leadership, etc.).
Qualifications. Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior or a related business field by the start date. Candidates must have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarly research, and to working with a diverse population of students and staff.

Employment terms are competitive and negotiable. Support for a faculty member's research is broad and includes summer funding for new junior faculty and opportunities to receive summer grants for senior faculty, teaching release time for "A" journal hits, and travel stipends for presentations at academic conferences. A number of faculty research Chairs/Fellowships are available on a competitive basis and rotated from year to year based on research proposals and productivity.
