    Dear Colleagues,

We are conducting a systematic review on the evidence linking leadership with inclusion in socio-demographically diverse organizations.

We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g. in-press articles, conference presentations, conference proceedings, working papers, in-house reports, etc) that empirically link leadership traits/styles/behaviours to inclusion.

Also, literature reviews on the same topic that present (at least partially) the methodology for searching the articles included in the review would be useful.

We would be grateful if you could share any material that you’re happy for us to include in our review. We intend to publish our findings in a peer-reviewed academic journal and practitioner outlets.

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,

    Doyin Atewologun and Maria Nitu
