Position and Qualifications
The Management Department of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in human resources and organizational behavior at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level to begin in Fall 2015. The minimum qualifications for this position are the following: a completed doctoral degree in HR, OB, or a related field by the start date; evidence of a productive and high quality research agenda; demonstrated excellence in teaching at the collegiate level; and the ability to work productively and cooperatively with students and colleagues. The new faculty member will be expected to teach graduate-level courses in both the MBA and MHR programs.
The Huntsman School faculty are expected to conduct original research of high quality, demonstrate excellence in the classroom, provide informal leadership in their given program, and make meaningful contributions to the academic and professional communities. The nine-month salary is competitive and based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Summer teaching and research grants may be available. An excellent benefits package includes TIAA/CREF retirement programs, life, medical, dental, and disability insurance.

Interested candidates are asked to submit a cover letter addressing teaching philosophy, research interests, and a research agenda for the next three years. Please also submit a detailed resume highlighting scholarly accomplishments, evidence of teaching excellence, and the names of three references.
