SUNY New Paltz School of Business – OB/HR Faculty Position
Duties: The School of Business at the State University of New York at New Paltz invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management position starting Fall 2015.
The normal teaching load is three courses per semester. Faculty also participate in curriculum development and assessment and engage in other service duties for the school and the college. An active research program yielding ongoing publication in peer-reviewed journals is required for tenure.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in management, human resources or a related field (e.g. industrial/organizational psychology) is preferred; exceptional ABD candidates with a firm completion date will be considered. Candidates must be qualified to teach courses in human resources, organizational behavior, leadership, as well as general management courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels. We especially encourage applications from individuals who can bring diverse cultural and ethnic perspectives and experiences to the campus and who can advise and mentor all members of our diverse student body.

SUNY New Paltz School of Business – International Business/Cross-Cultural Management Faculty Position
Duties: The School of Business at the State University of New York at New Paltz invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor position in the area of International Business/Cross-Cultural Management. Fall 2015 is the anticipated start date.
The primary responsibility is teaching, but faculty members are expected to establish a strong program of research and scholarship, to advise students, and to contribute to the life and work of the School of Business and the College.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in international business or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution is preferred; exceptional ABD candidates with a firm completion date will be considered. Although the ideal candidate would focus on cross-cultural management, and we thus strongly encourage candidates in the area of International Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior to apply, we will also consider applicants who possess teaching and research skills in the broader field of international management. Candidates must be qualified to teach courses in international business and international management, as well as general management courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels.
