    The Culverhouse College of Commerce at the University of Alabama invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in Human Resources at the rank of Assistant Professor effective August 16, 2015.

    The successful candidate will primarily teach undergraduate and graduate classes in Human Resource Management, publish in the field's leading national journals and engage in service activities within the College and University as deemed appropriate for an individual at the rank of assistant professor.

    Minimum qualifications: Completed PhD, or equivalent diploma, or ABD (with evidence of completion by August 16, 2015) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or closely related area such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Candidate must have teaching experience and show potential to conduct high quality research.

    Preferred qualifications: Evidence of teaching excellence, experience teaching courses in Human Resource Management, research in one or more high-quality publications.

    Salary is competitive.
