    The Culverhouse College of Commerce at The University of Alabama is seeking Post Doctoral candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in appropriate discipline.

    Preferred Qualifications: Periodically, the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business at the University of Alabama has Post-Doctoral Position vacancies under a variety of contracts, grants, and projects. Qualified individuals are being sought to establish a pool of readily available talented persons from which these vacancies can be filled as they occur. At this time we are especially in need for someone with a background in industrial/organizational psychology (or closely related field) and expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, research methods, and workforce staffing (e.g., recruitment, selection, and retention).

    The Culverhouse College of Commerce has research in the following broad areas: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Applied Statistics, and Management Information Systems.

    Appointments to these Post-Doctoral Positions are for a specific period of time, are non-tenure earning, and may be renewable. Level of appointment and salary will be determined by the nature of the task and the credentials of the applicant. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply. Successful Candidate(s) must submit a disclosure and consent form authorizing a background investigation. Applications will be accepted through February 22, 2015. Positions would be effective August 16,2015.
