Hello all!
My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis examining the relationship between prejudice and workplace discrimination. We have conducted an exhaustive search of the literature but would also like to include unpublished findings to ensure our interpretations are robust.
Specifically, we are looking for any study containing data on the correlation between sexist, racist, or ageist attitudes held by an individual (including IAT responses) and that same individual's recommendation to hire someone from the target group (selection decisions), their evaluation of the target's performance (performance decisions), or the person's attitudes toward pro-diversity policies (e.g., support for affirmative action).
Please contact me at

if you have relevant data!
Thanks for your help and happy holidays,
Eden
