Dear Colleagues,
Raymond Trau and I are trying to organize a symposium proposal on the individual and organizational advantages of recognizing and supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender (LGBT) diversity. Topics might include positive individual career or organizational outcomes, identity management, stigma, or the intersection of minority group memberships. We currently have two papers and are looking for a few more.
I apologize for the short notice with the deadline fast approaching, but if you are interested in being part of this Symposium submission, please contact me (
beave099@umn.edu). We will need a 3-5 page synopsis of the paper, not including references, with a maximum of two additional pages of tables and figures. We would like to receive the short papers by Friday January 9, 2015 in order to integrate all the papers into the proposal.
