Dear colleagues,
Elisabeth Kelan and I are trying to organize a symposium proposal on Leadership practices for gender equality (notably CEO/Committed Leadership, but we are also considering leadership in a broader way).
We are looking at cultural/structural change rather than at women per se.
That includes not just the most senior individuals such as CEOs but also the next layer down, for instance leadership practices for gender equality by managers.
If you are interested in being part of this Symposium submission, please contact me (cquental@audencia.com). By the submission deadline (January 13th, 2015), we will need a 3-5 page synopsis of each presentation (short paper), not including references, with a maximum of two additional pages of tables and figures. I can send you an example of short paper if required.
We would like to receive the short papers by January 7th, 2015, to be able to integrate all the short papers selected in the proposal.
