Strategic Followership As an Emerging Area of Research #10989
We would like to formally invite you to participate in a PDW focused on the research of Strategic Followership. The present PDW brings together leadership and followership scholars in order to develop a research agenda for empirical as well as conceptual studies on strategic followership in organizations. The PDW includes three sections. The first section consists of brief presentations from five scholars. These presentations lay the groundwork for group discussions aimed at understanding the nomological network of strategic followership. The second section consists of group discussions among attendees to identify issues for advancement. The third section consists of a general discussion outlining the research avenues for future pursuit.
