The Villanova School of Business at Villanova University invites applications for appointment to an assistant or associate level, tenure-track position in organizational behavior and human resource management (with a starting date of August 2016). The successful candidate will have a record of excellence or demonstrated potential in research and teaching in the area of organizational behavior, with a focus on human resource management. Working within the Department of Management and Operations, the individual is expected to teach two courses per semester and maintain an active presence within Villanova University and the broader scholarly community. The position offers a commensurate and competitive salary and benefits package.
VSB also invites applications for appointment to a continuing non-tenure track position in strategy and entrepreneurship (with a starting date of August 2016). The successful candidate will have evidence of teaching effectiveness, particularly in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation, and/or creativity. Candidates holding a Ph.D. and who have relevant non-academic work experience are especially encouraged to apply. Working within the Department of Management and Operations, the individual is expected to teach 3-4 courses per semester and maintain an active presence within Villanova University.
