The School of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University was authorized to begin recruiting for a tenure track assistant professor position in HR, OB or employee relations. We are conducting a broad search, and it includes candidates with research and teaching interests in the areas of diversity and inclusion. Because the approved position is at the assistant professor level, we are particularly interested in: 1) doctoral students who were not prepared to go on the job market last fall, but now are; and 2) individuals who graduated in the past several years who, due to the job market, may have been "underplaced" and are now looking for a position with less teaching responsibilities and more time for research.
