My colleagues and I are gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on the effects of gender discrimination in the workplace. If you have any working papers, dissertations/theses, and/ or conference presentations that include data on gender discrimination in the workplace and its relationship with important employee outcomes (e.g., job attitudes, health outcomes, performance), please let us know.
Please email your unpublished work to jpieper@unl.edu. If your work meets our study criteria, it will be included and cited in our paper.
