We would like to draw your attention to the Call for short papers for the sub-themes of the upcoming 32nd European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS) Colloquium in Naples, Italy, July 7-9, 2016.
Please consider submitting your work to the track "Diversity and Power in Organization", Sub-theme 66.
Our purpose is to bring together a group of researchers who share a concern for advancing our knowledge on how power dynamics influence diversity management at work. We welcome papers from different disciplines and at all levels of analysis.
