HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OPEN POSITION (BEGINNING FALL 2016)
The Management, Human Resources and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly seeks applicants for one (1) full-time, tenure-track, academic year position at open rank (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor) in the primary area of Human Resource Management. Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes is desirable. Applicants must be able to teach one or more specialized courses such as staffing, compensation, employee training & development, employment law, or employee relations. Interest and ability to conduct research and/or teach in the domain of HR analytics is desirable but not required. The position is subject to final budgetary approval.
