I am looking for syllabi for an ONLINE course in Managing Diversity in the Workplace for Undergraduates, as I have been asked by my University to explore the design of such a course. (As an aside, I should add that my personal belief is that online is not necessarily an ideal format for delivering this material; but that is, of course, a much larger discussion outside of the scope of this email J).
