[Apologies for cross-postings]
Dear colleagues,
My colleagues Sherry Thatcher and Pankaj Patel and I are conducting a meta-analysis on group faultlines and subgroups. To reduce the file-drawer problem, we are requesting any unpublished and in-press work on the topic. We would appreciate the opportunity to include your study into the meta-analysis if your unpublished or in-press work has measured group performance, group satisfaction, group diversity types, different types of group conflicts, cohesion, identification, trust, or any other group process construct along with group faultlines/group subgroups.
If you choose to share your unpublished or in-press studies please:
1. send the paper directly to me (email:
bertolt.meyer@psychologie.tu-chemnitz.de)
2. Or, please share the following details:
a) Design of your study (e.g., field [cross-sectional or longitudinal], experimental)
b) Type of group (e.g. student, employee, top management team)
c) Operationalization of group performance
d) Method of measuring faultlines
e) Number of subgroups
f) Sample size (number of groups and total number of group members)
g) Correlations among the variables in the study
h) Means and standard deviations of variables in the study
i) Citations of the included scales, number of items, reliability, and any modifications made to the scales
j) Full citation that you would like for us to include in the bibliography of our study.
Thank you for your consideration.
With kind regards,
Bertolt Meyer
